Statement Of Faith

There is one God, the Creator of all things, revealed in three persons: God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit.  (Deuteronomy 6:4, John 15:27)

The entire bible is the infallible Word of God, and is the divine and final authority for the life of every Christian.   (2 Tim 3:16-17)

Jesus Christ is God and man, conceived of the Holy Spirit, born of the Virgin Mary, crucified, and resurrected. He is our High Priest and our Advocate and is seated at the right hand of God the Father. (Matthew 1:18, Hebrews 12:3)

Salvation and forgiveness of sins comes only through the shed blood of Jesus Christ and a person’s acknowledgment of that truth. (Romans 3:23-24; Ephesians 1:7; 1 Peter 1:3; 1 John 1:9)

As an expression of faith, and according to the bible, all Christians should publicly identify with Christ through water baptism. (Matthew 28:19, Acts 8:36-39, Romans 6:4)

The ministry and baptism of the Holy Spirit is to glorify Jesus Christ, and to instruct and empower every believer in Godly living. (John 16:13-14, 1 Corinthians 12:1-11, Matthew 3:11, Acts 2:4, 38-39, 19:4-6.)

Jesus heals.    (Isaiah 53:5, Matthew 8:16-17, James 5:14-15, 1 Peter 2:24)

God is Love.    (1 John 4:16)
